Transport: Shipper is to deliver goods to named place of destination, this could for example be destination air port of container freight station. If destination handling charge or other fees are included in the main freight these are to be absorbed by shipper. All charges from delivered to named place is for consignees account.
Insurrance: Consignee bares the risk when goods are delivered at named place of destination.
